Washington-Grown & Loved

Fred Ringsrud harvesting apples in Cashmere, WA … probably sometime in the 30s

We became fascinated with apples right on the orchard here in Central Washington. Experiencing so many varieties with so many flavors—tart Wolf River in pies, fresh McIntosh in school lunches in the fall, relishing the dripping-sweet flavors of watercore in tree-ripened Red Delicious apples into November—there is always more to explore! When we discovered the astringency and aromas in cider apples, our world opened up even more. Making the best cider possible from dedicated cider varieties is the most recent way of sharing this joy.

Four generations have grown up soaking in the sun, working the ground, and pressing fresh juice each fall with friends and family all around. It truly is a rich experience.
